You give us a cohort code + founder emails. They each fill in a 35-min BSA briefing form (no deck required). Within hours each founder has an individual report; you get the cohort dashboard with score distribution, KYB/KYC/KYE averages, and a list of "movers" — biggest score deltas if you re-run pre/post the program.
What happens to founder data?
Founders own their reports. The cohort dashboard aggregates anonymized scores by default; you can request named view if you have written consent from founders. We never share data outside your program. SQLite database lives in EU (Frankfurt), encrypted off-site backups in EU GDrive.
Can we customize the AI for our portfolio thesis?
Accelerator Pro tier includes custom prompt tuning — e.g. weight Deep Tech criteria higher, surface specific blind spots tied to your thesis. Enterprise tier adds full prompt customization. Cohort Pack uses our default framework.
How does pre/post measurement work?
Run the briefing at the start of your program and again at the end. Founders see their own delta (which dimensions improved). You see cohort-wide movers — who learned the most, who plateaued. Useful for both LP reporting and program iteration.
