For incubators

Trajectory analytics
for long-form startup programs

Multi-checkpoint BSA tracking across 6-24 month programs. Mentor utilization, founder trajectory, sponsor impact reports — all on your brand. RODO-compliant, EU-resident, procurement-friendly.

3-5 design-partner pilots available in Q1 2026 — free first cohort in exchange for a case study.

Built for three kinds of incubators

Same engine, different orchestration per stakeholder model.

University

Academic incubators + entrepreneurship programs

BRM-style methodology, pedagogically validated (used in MBA-for-Startups at SGH Warsaw School of Economics). Multi-semester support, academic-year cohort cadence, public student showcase, ECTS-friendly assessment exports.

Typical fit: SGH InQUBE, AGH Krakow Centre for Innovation, PW Warsaw University of Technology

Regional

Regional development agencies + government-funded programs

Annual impact reports for funder/sponsor. Job creation tracking, alumni revenue aggregation, regional GDP contribution. RODO-compliant, EU data residency (Frankfurt SQLite + encrypted EU GDrive backups), procurement-friendly.

Typical fit: Polska Agencja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pilots, regional Marshal-funded programs

Corporate

Corporate venture builders + intrapreneur programs

Internal team trajectory tracking, stage-gate assessments, corporate-friendly export formats. White-label option for branded internal portal. Multi-program structure (Bootcamp + DeepTech + Industry-specific tracks).

Typical fit: Bank innovation labs, telco corporate venture, manufacturing intrapreneur tracks

Why incubator-specific?

The accelerator product is pre/post; this is everything in between.

Trajectory across the whole program, not just before/after

Founders fill a structured briefing at intake, then again at 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months. You see the trajectory — who is accelerating, who plateaued, who needs a 1:1. One framework, multiple checkpoints, time-series data your sponsor will pay for.

Mentor utilization you can actually report on

Track which mentors are assigned to which startups, hours logged per session, topics covered. Find the heroes (Anna logged 14h this month with 3 founders) and the ghosts (Marek hasn't shown up since week 2). Performance review-grade data, not vibes.

Survival + jobs + revenue, not just funding raised

Incubators are measured by ecosystem outcomes: how many alumni still operate, how many people they employ, regional GDP contribution. We track those, year over year, on a public-facing alumni page so your sponsor can boast in their annual report.

One product, three stakeholder views

Program manager sees the operational dashboard. Founders see their own progress + assigned mentor. Mentors see their startups + session log. Sponsor sees a clean quarterly impact PDF. Public sees a sanitized showcase. All from one cohort dataset, role-gated by magic-link tokens.

How a 12-month program runs

Five touchpoints. We handle the engine; you handle the founders.

1

Provision

Branded program space, configured checkpoint schedule (3-6 points across the year), mentor list seeded.

2

Intake (M0)

35-min BSA briefing per founder. Hypotheses logged, baseline scored.

3

Mid-program (M3, M6)

Quarterly check-in BSAs. Trajectory chart materializes. Mentors log sessions.

4

Showcase / graduation (M12)

Final BSA + hypothesis closure. Sponsor impact report auto-generated.

5

Alumni (Y1, Y2)

Annual lightweight check-in. Survival, jobs, revenue tracked for ecosystem reporting.

Frequently asked

How is this different from the accelerator product?+

Same engine (BSA briefing, AI scoring, KYB/KYC/KYE framework), different orchestration. Incubator track adds: multi-checkpoint trajectory (3-6 measurement points across 6-24 months instead of just pre/post), mentor management as first-class feature, sponsor/funder reporting templates, alumni tracking. The accelerator dashboard is a single pre-post comparison; the incubator dashboard is a time-series program assessment.

Procurement, invoicing, multi-year contracts?+

Yes to all three. Annual contracts are the default; multi-year discounts negotiable. We invoice in PLN or EUR, accept SAP/Oracle procurement processes, can attach DPA + RODO docs to your contract. We are an EU-based, EU-data-resident company; no Schrems II concerns.

Can a sponsor pay for our program directly?+

Yes — we can invoice your sponsor or development agency directly with your incubator named as the operator. Common pattern for regional dev programs (Marshal's office pays, you operate). We also handle multi-stakeholder billing if your program is co-funded.

What about RODO / GDPR / data residency?+

EU-based company, EU data (SQLite WAL on a Frankfurt VPS), encrypted off-site backups in EU GDrive. Founder data is minimized: email + briefing answers; no third-country processors except Anthropic for the AI passes (data processing addendum signed). We can sign your standard DPA template; ours is also available.

Can mentors and sponsors see the dashboard?+

Yes — role-scoped magic-link tokens. Mentor link shows their assigned startups + session log. Sponsor link shows the impact dashboard (anonymized founder-level data, aggregate KPIs). Public showcase link shows alumni stories + sanitized graduation outcomes. Founder link shows their own progress + closures (what they wrote at intake vs what they validated).

How long does setup take?+

After an intro call: 5-10 days to provision your branded program space, configure checkpoint schedule, import any existing cohort data, train your operational team. We handle the heavy lifting; you brief us on your timeline + stakeholder roles.

Free pilot for design partners?+

Yes — we are taking 3-5 incubator design partners in Q1 2026 in exchange for a public case study + testimonial after the first cohort runs. If your program fits the strategic profile (Polish university, regional dev agency, or corporate venture program), reach out via the form below.
